Track Friday is the home for our runners who want to push themselves and steadily increase their speed. PLEASE NOTE IT COSTS £3 ON THE DOOR.

Whilst its not a session best described as enjoyable ‘Track Friday’ is a popular weekly group for those trying to improve within the club. We work to structured interval sessions often to support training for upcoming races where runners will over an hour long session work on their top end speed and speed endurance.

All abilities are welcome but it is a session designed to improve your basic body strength, skill and speed; you will be pushed. If you want to come along its as simple as turn up at the track and say hello to Gavin, however if you want to ask a few questions beforehand you may want to join the discussion on our busy Facebook group which will offer an outline on that weeks session, or get in touch via the contacts page.

CR continues to offer support and encouragement, even after the finish line has been crossed and the muscles have stopped aching.
